The BBC Arts Hour On Tour hopped across the pond to visit the one and only St. Louis, MO.
British radio presenter Nikki Bedi met with a variety of performers and artists representing St. Louis for a live recording of “The Arts Hour” that included blues musician Dylan Triplett, singer-songwriter bass player Tonina Saputo, a hilarious performance from stand-up comedian Tina Dybal and a meaningful discussion with post disciplinary artist Damon Davis about his documentary response to the 2014 Ferguson protests along with his epic mythology of Black gods and a science fiction space rap opera.
She also went on a “Culture Cab” tour of Dail Chambers’ Coahoma Orchards and the ‘Mounds’ of St Louis.
