ABOUT ST. LOU FRINGE
It all started in 1947 in Edinburgh, Scotland, as an alternative festival that played concurrently with the Edinburgh International Festival. In what would soon be the spirit of Fringe Festivals worldwide, artists came to busk and perform in the alleys and streets, using any venue they could find to entertain audiences.
St. Lou Fringe, founded in 2011, has produced 500+ multidisciplinary works of art created by independent artists that have grown into productions locally, regionally, and nationally, including Off-Broadway. For more information, please visit www.stlfringe.org and @stlfringe.
