We know St. Louis is fun. WalletHub knows it too!
They recently released their “Most Fun Cities in America (2024)” list, and St. Louis is ranked 14th (we’re coming for you Portland!).
According to the list, “to help Americans find the cities with the most significant number and variety of fun yet cost-effective options, WalletHub compared more than 180 U.S. cities based on 65 key metrics. They range from fitness centers per capita to movie costs to the average business hours of breweries.” According to WalletHub Analyst Cassandra Happe, “finding a city that matches your own unique brand of fun is important. All cities have a variety of activities, but some shine more than others when it comes to things like parks and beaches, live music and comedy, partying, sports culture or fine dining. Picking a city to spend a weekend in is easy, but moving to a city where you’ll have fun on a regular basis requires more research.
We couldn’t agree more. Catch a show. Find some live music. Peruse a gallery or museum. Attend a festival. Laugh until you fall out of your chair at a comedy show. Whatever vibe you’re looking for, StLouisArts.org can help you find it.
